How do YOU bring health into your busy life? We all struggle with the ever elusive work-life balance caused by our "need" to do better, make more money or any of the other reasons we conjure up. Sometimes these compulsions result in a lack of care adn attention for health and balance.
The Business Support Network is pleased to present our Network, Connect and Be Healthy event on September 28 from 3 to 5pm to provide you with some local "secret" sources to engaging health in and around your working life. We will have presenters discussing how you can add healthy living into your life and even into your work!
